Apple has expanded its arsenal with a new inexpensive (compared to the iPad Pro) tenth generation iPad tablet. And this is no longer a budget model, because it has slightly risen in price. What is the iPad 10 ?
The 10th generation iPad succeeded the 2021 entry-level iPad 9. The new iPad is thinner, flatter and has a 10.9-inch screen. Its display is based on an IPS panel with a resolution of 2360 x 1640 pixels and a brightness of up to 500 nits. The novelty is similar to the iPad Air (2022), but instead of the Apple M1 processor, it received a six-core Apple A14 Bionic chip with a 4-core GPU and a 16-core neural coprocessor.

Another difference is the fact that the Lightning port on the tablet has been replaced with a USB-C port. Support for the Apple Pencil gen 1 stylus remains, but you need a special adapter to charge it. iPad 10 features a 12-megapixel landscape camera with Smart HDR 3 and the ability to fit more people into the frame. The main camera has a resolution of 12 megapixels.
Apple also offers the Magic Keyboard Folio, which connects via the Smart Connector and attaches to the tablet with magnets. It has a kickstand and a trackpad.
The tablet will be available in silver, blue, pink and yellow. There are versions with 64 GB and 256 GB of storage, as well as models with only Wi-Fi or 5G. Price: $249 The iPad 10 is available for pre-order now, starting at $449 for the Wi-Fi model with 64GB of onboard storage.
