And although Xiaomi 12T Pro was presented only yesterday, more and more examples of photos taken on the new smartphone appear on the network. Of particular interest is the comparison of images taken in the standard resolution of 12 megapixels and the maximum possible – 200 megapixels.
Xiaomi 12T Pro has become the second smartphone in the world equipped with a 200 megapixel camera. By default, it takes 12-megapixel shots, combining 16 adjacent pixels into one large one and thereby increasing light sensitivity. However, the user can manually turn on the 50- or 200-megapixel mode for more detailed shots.
As you can see in the example above, there is a slight difference in color temperature between a 12- and 200-megapixel photo.
When approaching, you can see that in the 200 MP mode, the detail is many times better than in the 12-megapixel image. It also seems that in this case the dynamic range in the picture is greater.

Compared with the Xiaomi Mi 12T Pro, the S22 Ultra loses very badly when shooting a fast-moving object.

The second example again demonstrates the superiority of the 200-megapixel mode in terms of detail. However, in this case, it is clear that in the 12-megapixel mode, the smartphone coped better with a complex scene, giving out much less light.
The new Xiaomi 12T Pro is also praised for its shooting speed. The company itself claims that it is capable of taking 30 pictures per second. Insider Ice Universe clearly showed how it shoots faster than the Samsung S22 Ultra and allows you to capture even very fast moving objects.
