Honor has announced the Honor Play 5T Life smartphone (also known as the Honor Play 5T Youth / Vitality Edition) in China. It is a new entry-level phone from the brand that comes with interesting features like the quad camera with 13 megapixel main sensor and a 6.6-inch display.
Honor Play 5T Life: the features
The Honor Play 5T Life has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD HD + display with a teardrop notch. For selfies, it has an 8-megapixel front camera and has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric data security.
The Helio P35 chipset along with 6GB of RAM powers the terminal. The phone comes with 128GB of internal memory and a hybrid SIM that adds a microSD card slot to provide additional storage space. It runs on Android 10 operating system based on Magic UI 4.0.
The Play 5T Life’s four rear camera system is equipped with a 13 megapixel main lens, a 5 megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2 megapixel macro lens and a 2 Mpx depth sensor. It is supported by a large battery (6000 mAh), which has the fast charging 22.5 W . Other features that can be found on the device include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.1 b / g / n, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Honor Play 5T Life arrived in China with a price tag of 1,299 Yuan (~ $ 199). It is available in blue and black colors and is now available for pre-orders. Honor will make the first flash sale of the phone on April 27th. It is unknown if the device will ever make it to markets outside of China.
