Xiaomi Mix 5 Pro: expected specifications, price and date of announcement

Xiaomi has certified two new Mix series gadgets at once. According to insiders, we are talking about the Mix 5 and Mix 5 Pro smartphones – new reports on their technical characteristics have already appeared on the network, as well as the estimated retail price of the base model.

According to network sources, both versions of Xiaomi Mi Mix 5 will be based on the latest Qualcomm SM8450 processor, which can be presented under the name Snapdragon 898 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Both new products are credited with displays with sub-screen selfie modules. In addition, they will presumably support 200-watt fast charging technology.

It is known that the devices will be equipped with 2K displays and presumably a subscreen front camera module. According to the source, models with part numbers 2202121C and 2202121AC may be announced as early as March 2022. The Xiaomi Mix 5 series smartphones are expected to start at $ 780. The manufacturer himself has not yet commented on the insider publication.
