Following the vivo Y76s, the company introduced a more affordable version of the smartphone called the vivo Y76. The main differences between the devices were the processor models, memory configuration and the number of sensors in the main camera.
For the performance of vivo Y76, the MediaTek Dimensity 700 mobile platform with a built-in 5G modem is responsible. The smartphone is equipped with 8 GB of RAM with the ability to use a 4 GB swap file and 128 GB of built-in storage. The device is equipped with a 4100 mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging technology.
Vivo Y76 received a 6.58-inch IPS-display with Full HD + resolution, a maximum brightness of 460 nits and a waterdrop notch for a 16-megapixel front camera. The main camera of the gadget includes three sensors: a 50-megapixel main one with an f / 1.8 aperture and two additional ones – a depth sensor and a macro lens of 2 megapixels each. The smartphone runs under the proprietary Funtouch OS 12 interface shell based on Android 11 OS.
The set of interfaces of the model includes 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS, as well as USB Type-C and 3.5 mm audio jack. You can unlock the device using the face recognition function or using the fingerprint scanner on the side. The gadget is available in two colors: Midnight Space and Cosmic Aurora.
The Vivo Y76 will go on sale for about $ 310.
