The US version of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has been spotted on GeekBench, showcasing a single-core score of 3069 and a multi-core score of 9080 based on GeekBench 6.3.0. The device is powered by an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chip using the Arm V8 instruction set.
Previous reports had suggested that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip would operate with the ARMv9.2-A instruction set, but on GeekBench, it is listed as ARMv8. Moreover, there are some variations in clock frequencies, with this test showing a base clock of 2.90 GHz and a maximum clock of 4.19 GHz, slightly lower than the OnePlus 13’s clock frequency of 4.32 GHz.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra comes with 12GB of memory and runs on the Android 15 system. Despite these high-end specs, the phone’s running score appears lower than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip’s expected performance.
