Huawei is preparing for the launch of MateBook E: presentation in a few days!

Following the rumors of the beginning of November on the 2 in 1 laptop signed by Huawei , finally there are official details on what, at least in China, could propose itself as a direct competitor of the Microsoft Surface and other similar devices. There is talk of the new MateBook E series , now officially expected for November 17, 2021.

Huawei MateBook EHuawei MateBook E is about to arrive: the first technical details

The announcement of the presentation event took place via the Chinese social network Weibo , where the Huawei account posted the underlying teaser about MateBook E. It will be, as anticipated, a 2-in-1 hybrid laptop with detachable keyboard and touchscreen display. . It will be a reinterpretation of the dated, homonymous series that has not received updates yet since 2019. Despite the various problems in negotiations due to pressure from the US government, the new MateBook E will also arrive on the market with a Windows operating system. Indeed, it will be Windows 11 .

From the teaser image you can also steal other details: in particular we notice the thin frames and the slightly curved sides. A Huawei mouse could also come in the launch bundle together with the new Huawei M Pencil, probably magnetically attached to the computer body.

Looking at the company’s Weibo feed, one cannot help but dwell on the teaser of the Huawei Watch GT Runner , a smartphone “for running lovers” that will be presented at the same event . However, very little information is known about this device.

A key question mark will concern the arrival in Europe , and therefore in Italy, of the two devices, especially MateBook E. Huawei is trying to remain popular among consumers of the Old Continent by offering more and more quality products. Showing its abilities by challenging Microsoft would be a sign of considerable strength, especially in the eyes of the Chinese brand’s detractors.
