Apparently, in fact, this basic software that has few features compared to other famous image editors , allows you to carry out this important task without any problems whatsoever.

How to convert JPG to PDF directly from Windows 10

Convert a JPG to PDF with the Windows 10 Photos app

First of all it is good to remember that, if the Photos app is no longer set as the default for opening JPG images, it is necessary to open it manually from the app. In the Windows search bar, therefore, type the word Photo and select the app in the results that appear.

Note : If you want to convert multiple JPG files to PDF at the same time, you need to open the Photos app and select them from within the app itself.

Once the Photos app is open, locate the file you want to convert from your image library or search for it on your computer. Or, if you want to convert multiple JPG files to PDF, click the Select button in the upper right corner of the window.

Now select all the photos you want to convert. Photos with a check mark in the upper right corner of the image are selected and ready for bulk conversion. If you’ve selected one or more photos, click the printer icon to the right of the Photos app menu bar. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P. The Print window will appear . Then click on the box under the Printer option .

In the menu that appears, click on the Microsoft Print to PDF option . Then, in the lower left corner of the window, click Print . While the procedure suggests a physical print of the image, you actually just asked Windows to save the file as a PDF.

Once selected, File Explorer will open. You will notice that the PDF document is the file type selected in the Save as box : choose the location where you want to save the file, give it a name, and then click Save . Your JPG file is now converted to PDF.
