Google Pixel 7 Pro, benchmarks today the presentation

Today, Thursday 6 October, is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated of the year for fans of Google products. Today, in fact, the Mountain View giant will officially present its new Pixel smartphones, namely the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro . In recent weeks, many rumors have leaked about both phones and the features that emerged have only increased the interest of Google fans (and not only).

A few hours before the event, a retailer decided to put the Pixel 7 Pro to the test in a benchmark test. The phone, as mentioned, has been affected by a series of “leaks” in the latter period, without however having concrete details on its actual operation. However, the benchmark video released by Bangladeshi retailer Gadget full BD allows for a clearer picture of the device.

A video appears on the company’s Facebook page showing a Geekbench test of the Pixel 7 Pro. The video shows that the phone received a score of 1,054 in the single-core test and 3,138 points in the multi-core test . For comparison, Geekbench points out that the Pixel 6 Pro achieved a single-core score of 1,041 and a multi-core score of 2,739. The retailer also ran an AnTuTu test, which revealed a score of 801,116.

It is important to note that these benchmarks only serve to measure the maximum performance of a device. Most everyday uses don’t come close to using all this power, but it is still important for users to know that the phone they are about to buy guarantees such a high level of performance.

Retailer Gadgetfull BD did not delve into further details about the phone, such as the design, for example. However, we already know that the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will work with Google’s second-generation Tensor G2 chip and according to the latest rumors it may have the same Cortex-A55 core as the original. All that remains is to wait for today’s presentation to know every aspect.
