South Korea’s Samsung Electronics announced the NR/LTE/W-CDMA/GSM terminal “Samsung W23.”
It is a foldable smartphone compatible with the 5th generation mobile communication system (5G).
Tianyi Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics’ Chinese subsidiary, Samsung (China) Investment, and China Telecom, a mobile network operator (MNO) in China. It is a product of Xinxitianxia, which is jointly developed by Terminals.
Android is adopted as the OS.
The chipset is Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform, and the CPU is octacore.
The display is about 7.6-inch QXGA+ (1812*2176) AMOLED that can be folded for the main display, and about 6.2-inch HD+ (904*2316) AMOLED for the cover display.
